Okay, I admit I don’t know the deep attraction young (and young at heart) girls have for the Hello Kitty bunch, and the lengths to which they will go to find something new - pillows, figurines, tumblers, bedding, and . . . earrings. This 3-D box (with a RAISED group photo of the most popular and beloved HK characters) already hints at the collectable nature of the contents. This box has a pink satin-y gift pouch, and inside holds the brass and enamel Kuromi earrings.My daughter had her HK phase early, when she was probably too young to appreciate the culture and broad appeal of the HK world to girls everywhere. Her second phase was more recent, and she is fully grown, but now appreciates the “nostalgia” of the characters.
