Nice product, looks good on wrists and like the auto detect workout feature and it's very effective. Only cons is it has a really low Battery life. Otherwise a very nice watch.

I'm not normally a fan of Samsung products but I like this watch better than I liked the Iwatch. It feels and looks like a normal Watch all features work perfectly especially when I can't get to my phone and have an emergency text or call. Only complaint is the battery drops Really fast Watch is on 40% by 8pm but it's still good for a refurbished watch

This is my first smart watch. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 reminds of a Timex Ironman Triathlon watch from the 1990's. What made me get this smart watch was a funny event from my insurance provider that wanted me to get "Life Alert" to signal for help in case I fall or need help. The unit was going to be free but they were going to charge me $50 dollars a month service fee. That cost is $600 a year. My Galaxy Watch 4 can do everything that the Life Alert unit can and more at a fraction of the cost. You can buy b a brand new smart watch 4 for under $250 Dollars! Some of the key features, track your workouts, food intake, sleep schedule and more. In addition, of you have a Samsung Galaxy smartphone you can easily pair and share all of your Apps between the phone and watch! Another thing, you can also answer and receive phone calls from your watch! I have the Bluetooth version so my phone needs to be in range for the watch to work!

We bought this watch on Wednesday. Very fast shipping. Easy to connect to phone. However, the back button does not work which means the watch does not function. We can not get past the tutorial. This is the second time we will be returning a "renewed" watch purchased through Amazon. We will not buy again.

I have been satisfied with the performance and look of the watch. Just be aware that the back button does not work. I had it replaced and the back button doesn't work on that one either. There is a you tube video that explains how to overcome this issue. I viewed that video and now have a perfectly good watch which functions well. Just have to remember that there is no back button function. Otherwise good value for the money and function
