It has a very solid construction and worked perfectly. It's mostly made out of melt aluminum or cast iron and I expected to last a long time. I've tested two watches so far and it has been awesome to be able to know for sure that the new seals are working and the waterproof is still intact. Tons of YouTube videos if you need to learn how to use it. If you have a watch that is more than a few years old and the seals have degraded you need to replace them and put some silicone grease on them to ensure continued waterproof and testing is the only way to know for sure whether or not your watch will leak and be destroyed. I'm very excited to now have that ability in my tool set.

First one arrived in a crushed box which had a label saying do not accept if seal broken. Well it was and taped up like a mummy. Back it goes. 2nd one different seller maybe fine. Nice instrument for price. Would benefit from proper instructions and warranty info. Good for hobbyist. Easy use once you do some online research. Seems nicely machined.

Very poor packaging, One of the knobs was broken off due to such lousy packaging. Zero instructions included.Pretty simple to use and it does work.

I purchased this to check the waterproofness of my watches, I used it on 4 watches and it works great. One thing to note, the second watch I tested I couldn't get the pressure above 3 bar, I had installed the top with the vent to the back, I switched it around with the vent toward the front and the pressure went all the way up to 6 bar. Very happy with this purchase, works as advertised.

I like wearing my watches that are 5atm or above WR in the water. I have already used this machine to disqualify an Invicta Bolt (leaking from pusher(s)), and Garmin Forerunner 35 from water use (leaked from corner of crystal or pusher). Done properly by pressurizing chamber with watch above water, then dunk and release pressure ensures that testing is non-destructive, as any leaks would result in positive air pressure in the case of the watch, and manifest as a stream of bubbles as the chamber pressure is slowly released. Stream of bubbles indicates leak, and watch is pulled back above surface of water before positive air pressure in watch case is exhausted and water can then enter (like blowing air out your nose under water to keep water out).
