I bought the ‘rainbow’ safety pin earrings thinking they were a pastel color, for my daughter. When they arrived they are most definitely a midnight color. I actually love them more, and though I preferred pastel for her, I think she’s going to love these even more!

Was looking for earrings which had a "different" design but that also were not too distracting. These were absolutely perfect for what I wanted. I have been using these since November and they have been great! They are not at all heavy, have no signs of scratching, peeling or tarnishing and are super versatile. Since these earrings close against themselves, you don't need to worry ever about clipping in its backing piece and you also need not worry about your hair tangling in to these either. That being said, I have napped wearing these and have not felt any sort of discomfort.The only thing I would like to note is that the wire can bend over time so be sure to verify every now and then :)

These earrings are cute, but they are very flimsy and bend a little too easily. They did not irritate my ears when I wore them. I am not sure how long they will last because of the flimsy-ness of the metal.

These blue earrings are very different from what I typically wear. They "look" like safety pins, and they open like a safety pin, but the end is blunt and easily goes through my ear piercing. I'm enjoying the very different look of these earrings.The earrings are approximately 1 1/2" long. I have been wearing them in one of my secondary ear piercings to add interest to the more mundane earrings I am wearing in my other ear piercing. They are lightweight and easy to wear for any extended period of time.The earrings arrive in a sweet little black organza bag. The bag helps keep them safe from scratching by other jewelry that may be stored in a similar place.If you have a friend who enjoys wearing more unusual earrings, than these earrings may make a great gift idea.If you are considering gifting theses earrings, you may want to find a little box that they will fit in since they do not arrive with a box. Although, if you are capable of creative wrapping, you may not need a box at all.to gift them. A more unusual wrap may be far more fitting for these more unusual earrings.These earrings are identified as being "grunge". I can also see them being called "punk". The earrings are not in any heavy or large gage, so no unusual piercing is necessary to wear them. I like them just because I enjoy my jewelry to be different, and I definitely consider these earrings as DIFFERENT!

These look pretty but they are almost impossible to get on! I have lots of safety pin style earrings and they are all flexible enough to get on except for these. It took me a good 2 minutes to get just one in because of how hard it was to bend. There are better out there.
