Tungsten is the best metal to get jewelry in. Its the same weight as a stainless steel ring but doesn't get scratches! And I've had the ring for almost a year and its been through some abuse where I just can't believe it still looks brand new. Love it.

First, do your research about Tungsten Carbide before blindly buying. Next, get measured before buying and maybe buy a 1/2 size up since it can't be resized.With all that out of the way, I spent a fraction of what this ring would have cost in a jewelry store, and it's a fine ring. It resists scratches and dents, though you might see some on the etched center ... but still looks almost new after taking a beating. This is exactly what I wanted and shipped quickly.

This is a really nice ring. It's solid, smooth, and classy. It has proven itself harder than anything I've worked with as a mechanic and it still isn't scratched. The only downside to my ring is it having lost it's original chrome-like finish like in the picture. It still holds a nice luster when I clean it but it's not quite like it was when it was new. Overall this is a great ring for folks on a tight budget or just as a random piece of jewelery to wear whenever and the price is right!

My husband is always losing wedding rings in the house. We have an ongoing joke that he should look in the dumbest place possible to find his ring (laundry room, under the furniture, etc). I've purchased this ring three times now and it's still as nice as ever. Very shiny and incredibly difficult to scratch, even through active military duty. Hubby likes the heavy weight of it. This is an excellent ring to 'replace' your official marriage band if you're afraid of it being damaged or lost, or as a cost effective 'real' wedding band. Love it.

This ring does fit at the correct size (it does not run big or small, it is just right). I havn't even reached my wedding day (second marriage), and I already want to wear it. I've had tungsten carbide ring before, and it's great. Super great price too.

My husband is a nurse which means he has to take his ring off a lot. I didn't want him to lose his good band, and I thought this would be a good option for work. It's much darker than I thought it would be. I'm not sure why, but it appears shiny in the picture. The ring is much more of a matte finish. It's also huge. It's much heavier than I thought it would be. It'll work, but I would have rather chosen something less bulky.
