I have very sensitive ears and these do not cause any discomfort or soreness, I highly recommend them but not for children. I was looking for a simple yet lovely light earring to wear everyday and these are perfect , , they are beautiful enough to wear casually or for a night out , and are very lightweight . i was woried that the clasp would not be strong enough because of the price but it is strong and comfortable to wear , I will be buying the other styles eventually because they are just what wanted . they also come in a pretty blue gift box and not just in a bag like other companies so if you order them as a gift the packaging is not too shabby .
