I cannot tell you if the stone is morganite or not, but it does let you know that there are cubic zirconia stones used in this. It could be morganite. Stamped with sterling silver on the post and butterfly back only, the rest is questionable material. If it is entirely sterling silver all the pieces are usually stamped. The more I read the entire page, some of the wording is lost in translation but it is telling you that you should not wear it with excess sweat or water otherwise this will oxidize, and my understanding is this can get behind the CZ gems and permanently tarnish with it being impossible to clean. Wear for special occasions only. Wipe with a soft cloth, and clean the posts per your usual method I like rubbing alcohol on an ear swab to clean mine. It says do not clean with a cloth when they're sweaty. IDK it was confusing if you feel like reading the whole page. I would just wipe it with a soft cloth when done wearing it and put it away in a jewelry bag or box. If you have to clean them do so with only water and soap with a soft toothbrush, and dry them right away, you could even use a hair dryer or heat gun to dry them completely the heat will evaporate much of the water if any gets behind the CZ, or you can take these to a jeweler to help you clean them. Avoid bathing and swimming with these on, do not apply chemicals while wearing them such as perfume, body spray, hair spray, insect repellent, lotions, etc. This can ruin the finish and oxidize the silver.These are very pretty and make a nice gift for Christmas, Valentine's, Date night, Prom, Birthday, Mother's Day, and other special occasions like having all the bridesmaids wear them.4 stars because some of the details are confusing, and the maintenance of these will be much more difficult, not all the pieces are stamped with .925 this is very sparkly though and the pink stone is kind of a red pink brown color to be hard to describe but much like mauve or dirty pink. Very much giftable and pretty nonetheless.
