The outer part seems to be a metallic fabric design with the manufacturer's logo embossed in gold on the top. When you open the box, right on top is the necklace in a small press and seal plastic baggie. Underneath that in its own small plastic bag, is a small piece of lint-free cloth for cleaning the necklace.Opening the tiny bag that the necklace is packaged in, the necklace is packaged in yet another tiny bag , with the chain part of the necklace wrapped around the inner part of the bag with the necklace charm itself. The chain is a very fine delicate silver colored chain that does seem a bit on the fragile side. The elephant charm is very cute and quite resembles the photo and the ad. The elephant charm itself is very small, only a bit over an inch in diameter. The flower in the middle of the charm is a pinkish purple. The back of the charm is all silver colored and is stamped"9925". I'm not sure what that means, perhaps it's a manufacturer's mark? It appears that they ship it in this manner so that the chain won't get bounced around or damaged during shipping. The bottom of the little box that it comes in has a foam pad with cuts in it, so that you can mount it on the pad before giving it as a gift.All in all, this is an attractive little necklace that any elephant lover will enjoy.

Planning to give this to my wife for her birthday next year. The design is very cute! The pink bunny ear and the pink flower really make the picture stand out of its silver frame and the stones around the outside give it a bit of a sparkle. The box is pretty, with swirls on the lid that shimmer a bit as viewed from different angles.

This is a cute necklace with my favorite animals, penguins. The sterling silver necklace while delicate seems to be made of good materials and will hold up well. The end of the necklace does have the adjustable length. The clasp is very small and can be difficult to get connected by yourself. The necklace has the moonstone on the stop and the penguins are black bodies with silver inlays where the penguins are usually white. I love wearing this necklace especially in the winter time. It fits well with a casual dress, sweater or blouse/shirt. This is a great necklace for the price.

This adorable necklace arrived in a lovely box with a polishing cloth, very suitable for gifting.The pendant has a nice weight to it, and all stones arrived intact. The large stone doesn't look like moonstone - to my eye, it's simulated opal - but it's cute and does give the effect of "penguins dancing under the moon."The chain is on the thin side but so far is sturdy enough for the pendant. While the chain is stamped "S925" the pendant is not - and I have looked and looked for a mark. That's the only drawback of an otherwise cute necklace.

Length of the necklace is good and it looks really nice. The clasp is pretty cheap and will probably break eventually but I can fix that.
