The photo was inserted well. I like the photo charm. The cord bracelet was braided and knotted nicely. The manual was nicely done and it was great to discover several ways to enjoy this charming bracelet. I miss my dog Spock a lot and can't wait to order my current two dogs in photo charm bracelets. It came it a cute box and the baggie the bracelet came in even had my image on it, another keeper!

I love this product. You get to wear your most cherished memories and are able to see them whenever the mood strikes. My daughter bought this for her boyfriend and put a picture of him and his grandpa in it. He lost his grandpa a few years back. When he seen it he started crying. He will have this cherished memory of his loved one with him now whenever he wants to see it

The pic was small and when u try to project the pic with your phone light u have to put it directly on the light and move it around if unorder make sure the pic is small and can fit in the circle or the pic will be cut off

Bought one of these with a picture of my daughters cat for her. She says she will be happy to always have him with her!Update: 6 months later the cord used broke. I contacted the company to get a new one. They do not warranty or sell new cords. Should have lasted longer!
