HOW TO CUSTOMIZE AND ADJUST YOUR PICTURES?

I previously ordered two customized bracelets from this company and they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I was very pleased with the product.I ordered a third bracelet which was to be customized and upon delivery I found that I had received someone else's customized bracelet instead of the bracelet I ordered.Upon contacting customer service, they were very helpful and promptly issued a refund as requested.Would definitely do business with them again.Thank you for your prompt response.
