The first thing to notice is how soft the quilted microfiber is on the shell of this travel organizer. On the front of this jewelry organizer, there is a nice roomy front pocket that is lined with a gold fabric. The gold metal zipper is well-sewn along the outer edge, with two easy-to-grasp pulls and over all adds an elegant visual with the quilted black fabric of the organizer's shell. Because there are two zipper pulls for the zipper, the organizer can accommodate a small luggage lock.Inside the organizer the lining is gold like the lining of the front pocket. The inner compartment is much like binder with two rings along the spine, about 3 inches apart. There are 4 clear 2-hole plastic sleeves with smaller compartments of different sizes. Because since the organizer functions like a binder, it's possible to add or remove sleeves. In addition to the clear plastic sleeves, there is one 2-hole divider made of felt that features cut-outs to attach earrings. there is also a larger pocket too. At the inner sides of the compartment there are sewn pockets and a strap with snaps for storing necklaces. I'm not sure how well the vinyl bands will hold up over time, and I would have preferred them being made of a woven straps with snaps in the middle.I think this item offers excellent craftsmanship and is deserving to safely store to your finest jewelry. This jewelry organizer also is deserving of a 5-star review.

I don't have a lot of space, so I wanted something that was compact but still roomy to keep my jewelry organized. This organizer is perfect! It's a little bigger than I had expected (about the size of a hardcover book) but it's also soft-sided and easy to find space for in my room.The interior is constructed almost like a ring binder, which I've never seen in a jewelry organizer before. There's a page with spots for 9 pairs of earrings, as well as a couple pages of bracelet-sized and small jewelry-sized pouches. It's nice because you can take out any pages you don't need, or potentially add more. The interior sides have plenty of room for necklaces, and I appreciate the straps to keep things from tangling. The outer fabric and zipper are also nice quality. I imagine this would be great to travel with as well.

This jewelry storage case is just ok. The outer casing/cover has a nice fabric and feel. The overall quality of the organizer is just ok.But the actual storage inside leaves much to be desired. Realistically, you can only fit tiny or smaller, and flatter jewelry into this without it bulking out and becoming a mess and causing your items to be pressed against and between each other in a way that could damage them.The felt lined areas for necklaces is not very secure and necklaces flip around and tangle with each other when you close the book. The earring felt page is only good for small and flat earrings, as stated.The biggest issue is the plastic pages with pouches. The pouches have a thin flap top that won't close if your item is not small and/or flat. This means your items can fall out, but also the pages themselves get too bulky to fit very many things into them. They also are set in exactly the same locations on each page, meaning that bulky items lay directly on top of more bulky items, so you can't put in very many pieces and the ones you put in are pressing against each other when closed.This might be good if you have many very small, flat or tiny jewelry pieces, but it doesn't work well for me.

I was hoping that this was a little bit more elegant than it was... Especially since I was planning on getting another one for a female friend for Christmas. Now I'm not so sure. When I opened it up it almost reminded me of one of those pencil holders that you put in a three-ring binder for school. There was actually a three-ring binder inside this travel jewelry case.One section...though it has a little bit of a velvet it touch, is basically just cardboard. And the other has several basic plastic page containers that you just stick your earrings in. It will do; but I'm not totally convinced that it would make a great gift.
