When I saw the inspirational expression "Don't let the hard days win," I knew that saying and the full message on the card would be perfect for a friend who's graduating soon and who also has competed during his undergraduate career on a Division I team. But now that he's about to enter the next chapter of his life -- finding his first job, deciding where in the country he will be living, having to support himself rather than having parents and scholarships take care of his needs beyond what his part-time summer and winter breaks job earns him -- I thought this motivational bracelet would be an appropriate gift to buoy his spirits when the going gets tough as it will this final year full of uncertainties. His reaction when I gave it to him was precisely what I had hoped: his face and eyes lit up as he opened the box and read what the bracelet said: he was thoroughly delighted and immediately wanted to put it on. His huge hand made it a bit of a struggle, but he managed to get it on, and then he asked me for help with tightening it to secure it. My friend's reaction really made my day and definitely affirmed my choice in ordering this item--and I hope the bracelet will continue to uplift his spirits when the going gets rough!

This is a lovely bracelet, It does have a few issues though. First off, the band is very small and can be really difficult to get on and off if you have larger hands. Which makes number 2 an issue, it tarnished very quickly when in water. I'm talking within 2 showers, so if you can't get it on and off easily and it can't be worn in water you have a problem. The last issue I have is the the cord used is very stiff and once you tighten it they stick out all weird. I will be keeping this because I love the saying and it really is a beautiful accessory, however it will be hanging in the rear view instead of on my wrist.

This little bracelet has inspirational sayings on it that brought a sense of contentment to my hubby. We are going through some rough times now and he often feels down. As one can see from the picture, he's posing, and it meant a lot to him to receive it. Great workmanship, states it's for women but clearly, a man with tattoos is happy with it. Packaged nicely for gift giving. I would give it as a gift with pride. I would buy this one or one with a different saying without a doubt again. It really is nice...

I had an event to happen in 2021 which kept me from walking well, and though I have now had surgery on my back and can walk without pain most times now, I’m still very wary of walking very much, for fear of my back hurting or having some other kind of problem. This bracelet caught my eye, and I knew I needed it! I have been gently pushing myself lately to get more exercise and increase the muscle tone in my core and leg muscles.
