This should have come with a clasp to be able to attach guitar to the chain. I can’t even slide the guitar on the chain since the chain is thick. Very disappointed. Unusable!!!

I'm just confused by what I received...twice! The quality of this necklace is great! Sturdy and well made. However, it's missing the clasp that attaches the pendant to the chain. I returned the first one I received because of this. I explained what was missing when I requested a replacement. I received a replacement in 2 days, but it's exactly the same as the first one. The picture of the item clearly shows the pendant attached to the chain. The chain is thicker than the little clasp on the pendant will allow for so I can't even slide the chain through it and use it that way. Very disappointed!
