These earrings are what I have been looking for, an attractive statement in a small huggy earring. I have many huggies, so I am familiar with several types of closures. This one is very difficult to close when you hold it in your hand, let alone when trying to close it while it is in your ear. I'd pay an extra couple of bucks for a better, more secure closure. It does give a click when it is closes, so you know that the earring is secure and you won't loose it.

These are very cute sterling silver huggie earrings. The dot of silver is much smaller than it appears in photos, but I like the simplistic look. If you have short hair, then these will stand out more.

These silver disc hoop earrings are nice and well-made; however, I think I would have preferred studs instead of hoops. Since the hoops are sizable they show beneath the silver discs, which takes the attention away from the discs (in my opinion.) Also, the earrings have some weight to them, which means the discs will sometimes rotate to facing downward. One thing I like, is that these are hypoallergenic. I was a little wary since I've had reactions to other hypoallergenic earrings, but I've had no problems with these at all. If you like earrings that are minimalistic and are okay with hoops, I'd recommend these.

My wife is a fan of simplicity when it comes to earrings. These earrings fit that category of simple / yet attractive. She did have to adjust the hoop to get it to fit properly - but it was easy enough to slightly bend the hoop.The manufacture states that these are made of "high quality sterling silver, nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free",, "925 sterling silver". They also claim that these are "hypoallergenic". *All a plus!
