The necklace is cute and quality. BUT, the numbers/letters don't stay upright and legible due to their weight flipping them upside down -- they can't be read. They cannot hold their upright position. Disappointing.

***Caution— they do not allow returns** I really wanted to love this necklace BUT the lettering flips constantly and does not lay right on the neckline. The color is very gold, almost like the cheap costume jewelry. Now I’m stuck with it because they do not allow returns.
