My hands were getting just swollen enough during pregnancy that I was worried about my wedding rings. But I hated to leave my hand bare! This was an excellent and affordable alternative. I'm so glad I found it. Been wearing it every day for 3 weeks now and it is still shiny and looks great. I'm pretty sure the sizing is accurate -- I sized up 1 1/2 sizes from my wedding set and it is loose enough that I think I can wear it for the balance of my term. Stainless steel -- who knew it would look this great! The 2mm is 'dainty' enough to look like a women's wedding band. This ring is obviously great for pregnancy, but it would be really nice for travel or gardening or any other task where you would be worried about losing stones or damaging platinum. The sizes go pretty high, so it would also make a nice thumb ring or stackable rings for another finger.

I am one of those people who didnt want an engagement ring at all so as you can imagine I did not need a fancy wedding band. My only criteria was that it did not turn my finger green. So stainless steel seemed like a good option. My thought was if it looks trashy its amazon we can just return it. It has been over a year now since I got married and wow. Nobody has ever once noticed that it isnt silver or white gold. I don't have to be gentle or take care of it like you could actual jewelry materials. I also dont have to stress about losing it because if I do I can so easily replace it. Its the perfect width and it fit to size.

After 12 years my white gold wedding band is totally scratched up. I decided to get a cheap band for every day wear that I would not feel bad if it gets scratched. This ring absolutely fills the bill. It is the same size (mm) as my gold band. You cannot tell the difference between this ring and my white gold ring. The stainless steel is smooth, lightweight, you do not even know you are wearing it. I am a size 5, which is what I ordered, but I feel the ring is slightly bigger. It moves around my finger, but is not so loose it will fall off. I chose the stainless steel over a sterling silver ring because sterling tarnishes too fast. This ring retains it's color.
