The jury is out. This is a very pretty ring guard/enhancer. It looks great without my emerald in it. I bought it for the ring in the photos, but I’m not sure I like it. I’ll keep it just because. It feels thick and a bit bulky to me. No. I don’t regret buying it. I just hope I wear it at some point. It needs the right ring.

But sadly I purchased the wrong size and somehow my ring got stuck between the little prongs and it pulled up so they were both stuck on my finger and it took a lot of gentle prodding to unhook it and pull it off so I returned this one and got the one that looks just like this but without the rose gold parts from the same company in a bigger size and it is gorgeous with my ring. I have a 1 carat princess cut diamond solitaire in a thin white gold band. The guard I have now is two sizes bigger than my ring, it fits perfectly. I recommend this style if you know your stone isn't going to get stuck between the prongs and you order a size or two up from the size of your engagement ring band. You can also stretch them out to surround but not "grab" the stone, but I wasn't that smart the first time around lol and almost had a 911 situation.
