After reading reviews, I decided to use these cloths instead of a harsh chemical.The pictures doesn't do it justice. The cloths removed the tarnish and left a beautiful shine. I liked everything, except I wish they were about an inch wider. I do a lot of small items (silverware, etc) and just before they are done, the pad is used up, and I have to start using a new pad. This means for every two spoons, I use three pads. But they do remove tarnish!
