They go from massive bullring to small as my pinky nail. Also the balls are the devil to get off so my hope is I'll never have to worry about one randomly falling off.

I love these! They came in multiple sizes and lengths so this is a great pack if you are trying to find the right fit for your septum piercing. They are also easy to bend open so it is not tight on your nose when you flip it up.

Love all the sizes so you don't have to guess what will fit . Down side the balls are very small and hard to keep on. They don't always secure properly and get lost .

It took me about two hours to get the little balls off so I could put them in my ears but they look so cute I love them. I have four piercings on each lobe and sometimes hoops like this look a little heavy but these are very delicate but still cool. They were a little smaller than what I expected but they are very high quality and sturdy as well as comfortable. I might suggest getting some of those pliers that pierces use to get a good grip on the balls but it is possible without them.

I wasn’t sure what size septum fit me. All the other ones that I have tried have been too short for my nose and this packet gave me the opportunity to try all of them to see which one fit me best. Great quality as well and easy to screw on
