First off, the ring wasn't damaged or defective. It was just a bit disappointing.1. The edges of the ring are a little sharp, and wow this thing is super thin. It feels very light and cheap.2. The curled design in the center of the ring (under the stone setting) is slightly uneven.3. The halo of moissanites are set in such a way that the metal they are secured with is blotchy an uneven, almost like they soldered them in. And they are very tiny.4. The packaging left something to be desired, I've had socks delivered with more care. Came in a flimsy clamshell box in a brown envelope, the rings in small ziploc bags.I have another moissanite ring that was about $40 more that shows none of this shoddy stuff.2 stars because the center stone itself is very pretty, I will give them that.
