So it's pretty rare to find a really cute memorial necklace with plenty of space for hair or ash and this is no exception. The inside cavity is super tiny. However, there is a bit of space, it's cute and comes with all you need to fill up it's little guts! The necklace itself is a bit of a nuisance because it's so short and make of this weird material that occasionally pinches but I just replaced it and it's fine. The horse pendant is what is important and it's pretty much exactly what I wanted!

This horse pendant is lovely. It is, however, very small and I had a hard time adding cremated remains to it. The opening is small and so is the funnel. Cremated remains contain bone fragments that are small but not tiny, and the funnel works best with powder. I took my time weeding out the bone bits that were clogging the funnel, and was finally able to add some ash to the horse. The next challenge was replacing the top. It goes in at a slight angle and the grooves need to be clear of dust for it to screw in. This is very difficult when you have just added dust to the container. It took me probably half an hour to get the lid to screw in properly and fully tightened (I hope). This pendant is a fine tribute to my family member, but I wish it was not so difficult to put together. The instructions were also not helpful. They are on a small piece of paper with tiny print, and they do not speak specifically to filling the horse.
