I was scared to buy these because none of the reviews were really useful because all they said was "really cute!" and "i love these!" like why exactly do you love these? So get ready for the best review yo.Metal- I was mostly scared to buy these because like i said no one said anything useful and the metal is the most important detail. Its surgical steel and totally and completely safe and real. I've had these for like a week and a half and waited to leave a review so i could wear each of them.I had no problems with rusting or the jewelry turning my skin green. I have really sensitive skin but i had absolutely no problems or reactions to the metal. What is also great is that the ends are rounded instead of blunt so it doesn't hurt or scratch your skin when you put it on because its smooth.Color- I was also worried about the colors but there was no discoloration, or chipping of the colors. I wore these all day and night, when showering and washing my face with some pretty harsh chemicals and the jewelry stayed perfect. The rainbow ones aren't really that rainbow all around, one is mostly blue and green with some yellow and pink that you cant even see because its inside your nose but the blue a nice color, the other was more pinkish and purple but still a great color. The gold and rose gold actually look like two different colors unlike the last set i bought from different sellers. They are all shiny and dont get dull or lose their color.Size- They sent me the correct size and gauge unlike the last sellers i bought from and they fit perfectly. I got the 18g, 8mm and they're really nice and dainty, not too big or so small that its barely noticeable.The best thing about them is that they are so much easier to put on than the ones you have to twist open, the go in easily from the inside of your nose but they dont fall out. I wear them all day long and sleep with them and they haven't even come close to falling out, they twist around a little but its nothing dramatic and i haven't had a risk of it falling out. Its also small enough that it doesn't get caught on anything like your hair, towels or blankets. They aren't a complete circle but its enough so that it looks like a complete hoop and wraps around your nostril and goes into your nose. they are really comfortable and light, these dont feel as bulky as the hoops that are complete circles that you have to twist to open, those were kind of annoying and I could always feel that it was there so I definitely recommend these. I also had problems with it twisting around completely that you could see the seam where it opened unlike these that actually stay in place. If you had to choose between the two definitely pick these, you wont regret it.The jewelry came in a little plastic baggie and a small velvet bag and I got all ten, pairs of each color and all the same size and gauge.
