If you want the smallest size I suggest you get 8mm! It fits very cute and snug and I don’t like how big septums look! These are cute, comfy, and you get so much for a great price. The first septum I’ve ever gotten one of the balls fell off, I went to my local piercing shop and paid $35 dollars for ONE new one because I didn’t know the size of mine and I was scared to order online, now I know better LOL. If you want a small one, get 8mm! <3 These are great.

Firstly I'm allergic to like every metal except stainless steel, or sterling silver (yes even gold causes small reactions over time) so i was EXTREMELY hesitant to buy these since most of the surgical steel on amazon is not actually steel, however I've had one of these in for at least a month and it has not caused a reaction, usually a week or two is all it takes so im willing to bet thats its not going to cause a reaction at all.The balls are VERY difficult to unscrew, however at least you know they can't get tight enough to not fall out in your sleep!The only thing I dont like is that I bought it in various sizes mostly to use the small ones but because the balls are really close together (as in it feels like they might wanna be hoops instead of horseshoe) the small ones are really hard to get in, almost impossible. But I'm sure I can find a way to stretch them a bit so the small ones fit nicer.I'll add pics!

I bought these years ago at this point but I have worn a pair of these earrings every single day for the past 4 years now. I love em. They don't irritate my skin or anything and are the exact style I had been looking for for months. I have only once ever had a cone randomly fall off. It was at night while sleeping and even then I miraculously ended up finding it in my bed the next day. My dad's earring fell out and I even gave him one of the gold ones and he wears it everyday now as well. Honestly a great purchase. Sometimes putting them in can be a bit difficult (I have weird ears and they seem to get caught) and the cones can sometimes be hard to line up right but any earring in their style will have that problem.

the 8mm is way to small for me, personally. it barely fit in my nose, so i wanted to return them but they let me keep them and gave me a refund. it’s my fault for buying that size. other than that, the jewelry is good quality for the price!

I'm very happy with my septum jewelry! I didn't know my size so I ordered a 16g 12mm and discovered the jewelry I got when I had my piercing done was an 18g and 10mm. However, I was able to easily stretch my piercing without any discomfort to have the jewelry fit! I also don't mind the 12mm because it's only a little taller/wider. I've had the jewelry for a little less than a month now with no wear on any of them. I had trouble unscrewing a few of them however I used a paper towel instead of my bare fingers and that did the trick! You really cannot beat it for the price!!! I especially love being able to flip the multicolor ones to get different colors!! Very pleased!

I am very sensitive to a lot of jewelry. None of these have caused any issues for me reaction wise. Quality jewelry for the priceThe only problem I have is some pieces do not want to unscrew. So if you really want to wear a certain piece, I recommend a pair of pliers. 🤣I will definitely purchase again when I manage to lose everything.

I like the looks of them but, when I tried to get the balls unscrewed out of the package they had been tightened to much and I had to get some help getting them loosened so I could put it in my lip. After I put one on it is too big for a lip piercing, they would work great for septum, belly button, or ear…just not lip or eye brow. I will keep them and use them in my ear so I won’t have wasted money.

Got these as a replacement for my original septum piercing just to use for the balls because I lost mine and didn’t realize you could only just buy the balls alone, but regardless, they all are awesome. They come with every possible combo you could want from all the basic go-to styles and every size under the sun. Had a bunch of fun trying them all out, none of them were uncomfortable or anything, but I did wash them all before trying them on just for good measure. Work awesome 👍
