I had been looking for a delicate earring that wouldn't irritate my ear for a while before I bought this (lots of materials seem to cause irritation for me). I use it in a helix piercing. Have been wearing it constantly since I purchased with no problems at all. It might be a little challenging to put in and take out...but it doesn't matter since I never take it out.

I got the three pack of different colors and really enjoy these nose rings. For my tastes, hoop could be smaller and lay flatter to the nostril but those are hard to come by. Open and wear very easy, never loose.

I’ve been wearing the 10 mm hoop for 5 years with no issues whatsoever. I very rarely take it out, and have probably only done so 2-3 times in the 5 years. Clearly they last well!

I didn't like the material, is not hard at all. I was able to open it flat! I did like how thin they are, but I also chose the wrong sir and they are too big for my nose. I'm not sure they really are surgical steel because I put one on my ear and it began to build a crust and hurt, so I had to remove it.

Update: ears are infected!!! I have pus and crust all around my ear. It's been a year since my piercing was done and I know these earrings messed me up. The hoops also broke when I removed them to clean my piercing. I'm very upset. That little silver part snapped. Cheap product and difficult to remove and put back on.These are super small. I got the 8mm size for my pinna helix. It's 22 gauge so it's smaller than the typical regular sized earring. It took some patience and time getting these little suckers on. I used a pair of pylers to tighten them up. Get ready to be in front of the mirror for a while. Definitely worth the time though because they do look super cute and hug my ear.
