These unscrew very fast. I lost 2 within a week. The threading is very short. It fell out literally as I was talking. Screwed it back in very tight and by morning it was gone again. Used the top off the second pair and the top disappeared. Currently wearing just the stud without a top until my push in lip rings come in. Will not re purchase it was a waste of my money.

The screws are very small. It takes some time to put them in. The gem also fell out after two weeks.

Love these! I have my philtrum pierced and wanted something cute but subtle enough to be the center of my facial jewelry and this is perfect! I've only been wearing it for a couple of days, so I can't really rate the quality of the actual diamond and whether it'll stay after being wet/cleaned after a while (because that's what usually happens after a while with diamond type lip rings). But that's why I purchased two, just in case! Lol But it's so clear and shiny (just like the photo) and that's essentially why I bought it.The price is so great for how good of quality the metal is, as well! Definitely will buy from them again.

Im so happy i found this! My picture doesnt show how pure gold (not brass) the labrets really are. This is such a good value! I usually have to go to spencers or hot topic and buy two separate sets of lip rings since i have spider bites and they are typically 2 or 3 times the cost of this product. I most definitely plan on buying more of these in the near future for sure!
