They look actually as shown. I wasn't finding many cute 12g nipple ring and hear 14g and 12g balls can be interchangeable. I did not want to down size ND was so happy that they worked! Sadly I needed a little longer for the shield but they did have that available too!!

I’ve always wanted to change the jewelry, but I could never find any plain gold 12 gauge barbell. This is the first time I have ever comfortably changed my nipple piercing! And they are perfect because I changed all of my jewelry from silver to gold and that was the only piercing that I had a really hard time with finding the right gauge jewelry in.

Good quality, exactly what I was looking for because I have two tongue piercings instead of one so having 5mm balls is crucial or else when I talk they bang into each other. Would have given 5 stars but on both barbells, one side of the balls is really stuck on there. I don't know if both end balls are supposed come loose but I tried for 20 min on both and they wouldn't come off at all. Other than that, it's great

Love this company's products, have never had any issue with metal, external threading, or pieces coming off. Used these 12g to replace my 14g and they switched out pretty easily, will definitely buy from them again

The gold fades really badly and idk if it’s bad for me to swallow but I didn’t even notice until it was all completely silver. Very disappointed.
