They look exactly how the photos are! I got the blue opal in 3 sizes. All gorgeous and perfect for different places. I originally bought for my cartilage piercings -- in the photo i'm wearing the medium sized stone on my cartilage. For fun, I tried the smallest blue one as a nose ring and it ended up being SO CUTE. So dainty and very secure. Does not feel like either piercing is moving around or going to fall out at all. I may buy in other colors because i really do love this product. Only complaint would be that it is a bit difficult to screw the tiny ball on the end, but I knew what I was getting into when I ordered it!

I am impressed with the high quality material. For the first time in years I can keep earrings in for an extended period of time without it swelling up. The backs make it so comfortable. I have had them in for weeks now when before after a couple days any pair would make my ears swell. I am so happy and the color is so vibrant (I went with the blue). Hands down the best piece of jewelry I ever bought... and I buy a lot of stuff for sensitive skin.

Small Jem's, which look great! Good quality but getting the backs on was a hassle. Small round backs that make it comfortable to lay on but difficult to twist on. Also, pretty tight on my ear. If you have thick ear lobes maybe look elsewhere. Cute though!

You can see all three sizes in the picture. The small ones are really small. I sleep in them and have no issues. Bought a similar set about a year ago and they last sat until recently when I lost a couple backs. User error I’m sure…probably just check every once in a while that they haven’t come unscrewed.

The picture is blurry, but in the sun it’s absolutely stunning. Does not hurt my ears or itch, it’s a pair I always wear and with the easy screw backs it does a better job at butterfly backings. I love the color it’s so vibrant, definitely would buy again if there were other colors!

When I got these I immediately thought “oh wow they’re small?” But as soon as I put them on I realized they’re the perfect size. I didn’t have any issues unscrewing them or putting them on.I’ve always had a bit of an issue with my ears closing and my piercings being annoying but I love them so I love long wear jewelry that I can sleep in and not have the back stab me. These are the perfect size to keep my piercings from closing and sitting comfortably.They’re just cute and I really like them!

The earrings are pretty but the earring backs are terrible. Even off my ears I could not get the round backs screwed on (getting them off was also a nightmare). I switched them with some flat-round screw backs and they are much better now. Only buy these if you have other backs to replace them with.

Absolutely beautiful. So comfortable kind of difficultto first put on by yourself. I do wish they came with extra backs because 1 did work it's way off and I have no idea where it went because it's so small. But I love them.
