It's a nice little ball. The length of the shaft could be a smidge longer, but I have a pretty large nose. I lost one ball within a couple of days, but the second has been in for a couple of weeks without issue. I bought another set of 2 in case I lose it. Super comfortable and no big thing on the interior. This is the best jewelry I have bought for my nostril piercing.

These are the perfect flat back stud that I needed for my second holes! The length is great, they are super comfortable, and they are the perfect size for all day every day wear. I was looking for something that was comfortable to sleep in that wouldn’t irritate my skin. These are those earrings!One thing to note: It’s not a problem, but to get them on you have to unscrew the ball from the post, put the post in your piercing, then screw the ball back on the post. It’s a little hard to do, so you must have nimble fingers!

A few months ago I had gotten my third lobe piercing, and thought everything would be fine when it came to the healing process and the cleaning. After about a month my ears were still sore and swollen, which was alarming to me. One day I had woken up to find that the plastic back to my earring was slightly stuck inside my ear, which had me panicking quickly. Long story short, I took the entire earring out of my still raw ear, and realized that the post to the earring was extremely short. Because my ear was so swollen, it was difficult to clean around the piercings. So, I went searching for earrings that had a really long post, and found these. These earrings were amazing and were such a relief on my piercings. I ordered the 10mm pair and the length made it so much easier to clean, and it helped give the piercing room to heal properly. The only downside was the fact that the ball had to be rolled on from the front, so I had to stick in the post from the back of my ear which was slightly painful (though that was probably just because my ear wasn’t healed yet.) But overall, these are amazing and I am so greatful that I bought these. The packaging is also really nice! The earrings came in a small velvet, drawstring bag.

Glad to find a 20G. Color is great. I am pleased. Unfortunately the ball is very tiny, much smaller than I wanted but it will be fine for now.Sticking it in through the back was difficult, I got help. Other than that, I'm happy.PS. It keeps unscrewing but it may be operator error. Make sure to check it when you first put it in.

Perfect, tiny understated gold ball, which is what I wanted. I use the 6mm length in my helix peircing because the flat part is way more comfortable behind my ear than those specifically designed for helix with the screw-on ball--catches long hair less and feels better when lying down on it. People with thicker ears might choose 8mm instead. You just have to put it through from the back of your ear. I've had no sensitive skin reactions, even after nonstop wearing for days. Highly recommended, I love it!
