This pendant is much nicer than the picture lets on. It's small, about the size of a dime. Size-wise, fitting for both adults and children. It has a nice handmade quality. It's made in Italy, indicated by the stamp on the back. It comes with a 24" stainless steel chain, but it isn't nearly as nice as pendant. Which is OK, since I planned on putting it on my own chain anyways. I especially like the metal attachment loop. It's secure, no gaps and well built so I don't worry about it falling off. It's also large enough to thread any chain through.

Very pretty medal. This was a gift for my god-daughter and she loves it. It is quite small (1/2" in diameter) and could be a charm for a bracelet. The chain is sturdy. She hasn't had any problems with the medal or chain tarnishing or discoloring her skin or tangling in her long hair. The medal is quite pretty and a great value.

This is a very beautiful medal. It was just too big and heavy for my chain so I returned it. But it may be right for you.

Just got it and it looks great. It is tinier than another medallion that I received as a gift, but I don't think that the other one is actual silver. This one is pretty heavy for its size and stamped 925, so that is about a legit as it can get without chemical testing. The engraving looks clear, and the chain that it came with is also good quality surgical-steel. It is a bit dainty for a man to wear, but I already had the other medal on a chain, so I just doubled up, and gave this one to my wife. All in all, definitely a good purchase.

It is absolutely beautiful. Small, but strong. About the size of a dime. I went with the stainless steel chain which was free with purchase and I love it. I never take it off. You won't regret this purchase.

The medal itself is attractive, very thin, and small in diameter, but I wanted some to wear unobtrusively under my clothing. Nonetheless, I wanted a medal and chain that looked good to me. The loop to put the chain through didn't seem to be silver, was darker, and detracted from the shiny medal. The accompanying chain, not silver, was ugly, especially for this delicate medal; I can't imagine anyone wanting to wear it. Some reviewers mentioned they had bought a silver chain to go with the medal, which is what I did--another expense.Between the dark loop and having to by another chain, which turned out to have filmsy connections to the tiny, bothersome, round clasp, I decided to return both. I don't like to buy items that are just okay, especially something like this.

I've worn various Saint Jude pendants for a long time and so far this one is my favorite. It is very tiny, as other reviewers have mentioned, but that works great for me! Looks nice with my other necklaces, and appears to be good quality.Super happy with my purchase.
