Ordered these for my mom's birthday and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they were when I got them. You never know when you're only seeing the pictures online if it will looks as good in person. They are more of a lavender pink, not a peachy pink, but that was actually a bonus since it looks better with her skin tone. They seem to be excellent quality with no visible flaws, scratches, etc. and were the perfect size. Also the box was nicely done as well- forgot to take a picture but it snaps open and opens to either side to reveal the earrings.

I was a little sceptical at first, but ordered them anyway. Glad I did. Was pleasantly surprised by the look and shape of the pearl, color just right and the crafstmanship is excellent. I'm especially pleased the stud has what I call a safety catch. Which means if the back works down the post for some reason it won't fall off. I would also say no reason for this because clasp fits tight on post which is the first thing you should check on any stud earrings even the most expensive ones. Can't wait to wear them tomorrow!August 5, 2017 Update on earrings. Having worn them off and on for about 9 months one of the pearls have fallen off the post. So the craftsmanship gets a one star only because I did get to wear them for awhile.

Product arrived without a backing for one earring. Description says 7-8 mm which means barely 7 mm. I measured with a micrometer. One earring was lustrous and pink, the other earring was dull and noticeably less pink and without the earring backing. I realize cultured pearls are not exactly the same, but they usually are not noticeably different. The package insert said to call a number for The Pearl Source if not satisfied. When I did, they said to contact Amazon. So I am returning item and not getting an exchange.

These are lovely earrings. I no got these fast.They are really pretty light pink. Not dark-not purple-just right. Very girly and feminine. Not too big not too small. The backings are kind of small but secure and I'm not worried about them falling off they stay on well.I also have bought from this company before a pair of black pearls and have dropped those before a couple of times and thought, "Oh no!" but no problem...they didn't crack or anything. So I'm confident in these will be great also.They are packaged in a box inside of a box if you want to give them as a gift which is very nice.So if you have never bought from this seller give them a chance I think you will be pleased.

The pearl was nice but the backing was not what was presented in the Amazon site when I receive it.Instead of the 14K Gold plated backing, it came with a tiny plastic backing which is so difficult to hold and hence difficult to wear the earring. I needed to help my mum to wear it. She does not have any problems with metal backings of her earrings. I had to fly off the next day after receiving the product, hence i can't seek an exchange. I now have to find another 14k gold plated backing that will fit the pearl studs for my mother. Very disappointed that The Pearl Source does not deliver the exact products that they sell in Amazon.com.So future buyers.....be warned.
