I couldn't give it to my wife after opening it. Right on the front of the black Diamond was what looked like a scratch or small chip. Customer support informed me that is called an inclusion and it is common with black Diamonds. Either way it's very noticeable. I received my refund after about ten days of returning the necklace. I do appreciate the customer service, they offered to hand pick one for me but I was going to give it to my wife for Mother's day so it was too late and I went to a store and found one without any visible blemish.

Like the black diamond didn't care for the chain that went with the necklace. The chain was all knotted and to thin for this pendant. I worked on the knot for 45 min before getting it untangled from the knot.
