My daughter gave me this bracelet for my birthday. I love it! I have a small wrist, and it fits fine. Even if you have a medium size wrist, it would work, but if you have a large wrist, it may not. Its a nice small thin band, that you can wear all day, and it doesn't interfere with anything that you do. I wear it everyday!
