The first order I received was missing a hook and the company / Amazon promptly replaced them. The second order was perfect. I was mainly interested in the rose quartz set so that it would match an existing necklace I purchased elsewhere. Looks perfect, plus I got two more different stones/colors to mix and match. While I really do like these earrings, I was very unhappy with the colors. In the advertisement the purple earrings looked like a light purple but the purple earrings I received were so dark they almost look black. And again in the advertisement there is a clear difference which earrings are white and which ones are pink. The earrings I received are almost difficult to tell which are the white ones in which are the pink ones. I know Stones can come in different colors but I really feel like the ones I received don't match the ones advertised at all

For the cost, this is an incredibly wonderful product! I got 2 sets of earrings and matching necklaces for my daughter. Shes been wearing them daily. They hold up well, don't fall apart, and stay nice and shiny, with an 8yr old taking care of them.
