Although Sorelli jewelry is pretty, it really is just high priced costume jewelry. I have bought it for years because it is eye-catching but most importantly, the company promised a LIFETIME GUARANTEE AND FREE REPAIRS. ….. Well this is not true!Recently a stone fell out of the bracelet and when asked for it to be repaired, the Kutztown clerk said no repairs were being made because the Sorrelli warehouse was being moved in China.I now have a bracelet with a missing stone and no hope of it being repaired as promised! I will never buy another Sorrelli piece. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Lesson learned!
