I thought it wasn’t delivered so I reached out to the seller and they responded that same day with the information of where my package was (in my mailbox). They were so friendly and responsive! The necklace it’s self it so beautiful and clear! I did order the black pendant but it’s so clean and clear the light in my room reflects off it. I also got a personalized engraving on the back and it really is the perfect touch to make it a very special gift. It’s on the heavy side because it is a durable and quality product. It does come with the chain but is in a separate little bag, which I like so it doesn’t scratch the pendant. It comes with the little jewelry box and inside a little black jewelry bag and then the pendant is in a plastic baggy and the chain in another plastic baggy. I did receive it sooner than the estimated delivery date which I’m happy about that. I would definitely recommend this necklace and would even purchase from this seller again.

I love this item. The detailed map is beautiful with the names of the each African countries is awesome. I also love having my name inscribed on the back makes it extra beautiful.

I based my products on reviews and after reading a lot of positive reviews I decided to take a chance.I just received this package this afternoon, the package came on time and I am truly surprised and amazed by the quality.When I took the product out of the package, the box alone made me smile since blue is my favorite color.Upon opening the box, I was surprised, took it out and was truly shocked. The pendant is very sturdy with a little bit of weight and the chain it self omg is amazing.I recommend this product 100%. You will not b disappointed!!!!!

And I got my package excatly September 21 I order it around September second with customized engraving so shipping was faster then expecting. I did expect it to be a lil bigger, however though It is small it is subtle and feels nice...
