I was a bit nervous about buying these for the first time, as i didn't want them to look to cheap. I left them drape on my arm, in retro-spec i think i would have preferred that they were up on my shoulder like the picture showed. But they did not disappoint. I ended up using them on a dress for a gala. They were very sparkly and light weight. They did not itch/scratch while they were on my arms. I received numerous compliments on both the dress and the fringe chain. The quality was fairly decent as it held up for a night of dancing and didn't have any issues with them breaking. In fact, my strap on my dress broke and at one point, this was helping hold it up. So even with a bit of tension on it, it still did well. Please note, that you only get 1 item. You will have to order a second if you want for both arms. Would've like them to be priced a bit less, since i needed to buy two - but still worth it, to give my dress uniqueness.

I’m not sure how this is supposed to stay on your shoulder. It continued to fall down. So, it looked great before putting it on, but I returned due to not being able to wear it as advertised.
