It's pretty good for $10 costume jewelry. The metal is silver/steel color, and probably not either one of those subtances - it doesn't have the luster of a high value metal. The rhinestones are plenty sparkly, but probably not crystal of any notable brand.I realily like the construction - a nice thick band, and enough adjustabiliy that is should be possible to wear it pretty comfortably. I'm not sure you'll manage a drape like the model has in the picture, where it's a big loose and hange in a nice curve - more likely you'll enough tension to keep it from flopping around.But a nice piece for clubbing or dance performances, and it's OK if it breaks - it's just not that expensive.
