EFYTAL takes great care in preparing their jewelry when shipping. They separately package the necklace so it will not tangle during shipping. Also, they include a special bag that keeps the necklace from tarnishing. I was not expecting this much care and attention given by the seller/maker. I really wanted to try it on, but it was a gift for a very special teacher.
