The medallion is actually an Our Lady of Guadalupe medallion, not a Miraculous Medal. It does say in the description that it is an Our Lady of Guadalupe. Also, the photo is misleading in the relief of the medal. It is a stainless steel disc with laser engraving (same both sides). I am not sure how fast the engraving will wear down.
