The first watch I ordered was a lemon. The clasp did not lock properly and the watch would get off by over an hour within two days. Sent it back - Amazon sent a replacement and after setting it a month ago, have not had to touch it again. Very nice looking watch for $38. Regular price on this package was around $120.

The watch is nice and it's heavy. Was a gift for my teenage son. He likes it and it's his first "fancy" watch. Great quality. The brand has been around many years and has held up to being a great name brand watch. Disappointed as the bead bracelet broke on the first time wearing it. My son likes these kind of bracelets so getting this boxed set was nice. Not sure if there is a way to get just the bracelet replaced but guessing there isn't. Not worth returning just for that. Watch and other bracelet are great though!

The watch is beautiful, excellent. This is the second one I purchased for a graduate. The packaging, however, was poorly done. Relic presents the watch in a square, metal box with a lift-off lid. The box is sturdy and the watch snugly secure inside it. Relic did their part well. Amazon.com Services, Inc. put the Relic box into an unpadded, very thin plastic mailer. When I received it, the Relic box was open and the watch was loose, unprotected in the the mailer. Very Bad. Amazon.com Services, Inc. needs to put much more care into packaging this item for shipment.

I bought it in December. Battled cancer and boyfriend had a hip replacement so he is just now decided to wear his watch and it didn't work. After 3 jewelry shops didn't have the tools to open the back so that we can change the battery, I found one who said it was broken. Not worth the money to fix it. I am ANGRY
