The quality of this pair of earrings is really poor. The first time I received the earrings the flower was broken and then asked for a replacement, the second time I received the same earrings, returned both times, and still haven’t received it payment.

I had to spend quite a bit of time with a nail file sculpting off a large amount of disfiguring extra plastic on the roses just to make them both look recognizable as roses...took a lot of detailed time and effort enough to feel as if my time investment actually made these roses worthy of wearing and displaying on my ears. I hope you fix this issue, you other customers may just throw these rose and pearl earrings in the trash otherwise...don't buy unless you have a lot of time to use crafting these earrings into what they're intended to look like...instead of looking like a wad of hard already chewed old gum....
