The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this tool but the "you get what you pay for" adage still applies. The main bolt is bent, so when you tighten it up half of the blades move up and down (see video). These tools need to be precise, flat and even, to avoid damaging the case. In addition, the base hex screws weren't even tight upon arrival, as well as a couple of the philips screws holding in the blades. It's as if I received a used one that someone abused. They got me on this one, never again. I feel like I got ripped off.
