The stone is beautiful, I had to wash off the extra color on it with lukewarm water and soap. This is common with rough gemstones - they apply some powder on it to enhance the stone color. The only reason I took points off is because it did not come with a certificate of authenticity. That is a non-negotiable for me.I hope they send it to me when they read this comment.

Very nice stone , color is exactly what was pictured and the shipping was fast and the packaging was safe for travel. I think I will get another one for a friend!

Exactly as described.

This is a grown ruby in a lab, that is know because of the crystal structures as viewed, and the incorrect bright orange Florescence. It should be returning a deep red color, or and orange-red in some low quality stones; but not a bright orange, that is the signature of a grown stone.

It’s a good size and looks close to the picture posted however I didn’t read the fine print where it says they ADD color to “enhance” the gems look…. I always wash my crystals when I get them then save them and a fare bit of color came off. The stone still has color but now I’m wondering if it’s just a clear quartz they dyed to look pinkish/red? And I feel for the price I paid this should have been clearly stated that they dye the stones cus I would not have paid $40 if I knew this in advance.
