I ordered kit and was sent only the brush. I contacted CS and was told they would send a new kit. Again I received only a brush. I contacted them once more, and again I received only the brush! The third time I contacted Amazon they apologized profusely and told me to keep all 3 brushes, and they refunded my money. I did end up ordering the jewelry wash separately. So after all of this, I have to say, the brush and the soap are very nice. The brush really works well and gets the dirt out. The soap is gentle. It left my rings very clean and sparkly. It’s a little pricey, but the brush will last forever. I’m not going to downgrade the product because I kept getting only the brush, the product itself is fantastic.

This product works wonders on tarnished jewelry and so easy to use. It restored the beauty and luster to pieces that were heavily tarnished.

I have tried almost every jewelry cleaner product, the washes, the blue liquids, the clothes, etc... Since this made the Oprah list, I decided to try it, although I had low expectations. I was mistaken; immediately, the product worked; my silver DY bracelets looked shiny and clear, and my wedding and engagement rings looked so beautiful, and I can't want to use it on my other jewelry items. The wash doesn't feel harsh on your skin and has a pleasant clean scent to it, but not overpowering. The brush is a nice addition; it makes it easier to use the wash, and the bristles are incredibly gentle. Highly recommend!

This was chosen as the Editor's Choice (or something like that) for new products in Allure magazine (10/22) and it got my attention because I don't get around to cleaning my engagement ring and another diamond ring that I wear all the time (not to mention other diamond jewelry that I have that I don't wear frequently) as often as I should. The idea that you could just wash your hands and simultaneously have your diamond rings looking great was too much to pass up, so I bought a bottle. It works! The reviewer who said it gets your rings (and bracelets) looking like they had been professionally cleaned by a jeweler seriously needs to find a new jeweler, because it does not work THAT well (unless you have professional jewelry cleaning equipment, no home cleaning will)! But, it works as well as an ultrasonic cleaner (which I no longer use because apparently they can loosen diamonds and if the diamond has a miniscule crack, they can widen it), as well as any jewelry cleaner I've ever used.Actually, it works *better* than home jewelry cleaners that I've used!My rings are sparkly and look just great (both my engagement ring (made in 1919) and the ring on my right hand (made in 1865, a family heirloom) are antiques- and what was especially impressive is that the flower design Civil War era ring is mine-cut, meaning the diamonds are not faceted because they didn't know how to do that yet- and yet it got it quite sparkly. Both photos were taken today and I only used the Brilliance Wash once, yesterday. The down side: the price! $28 for around 3 ounces is really expensive. This is something that I will definitely NOT be using every day.If you use it only before a social event or when you notice your jewelry really needs some attention, then I think it's worth it (you really do only need 3 drops). If this is something that you are going to use every time you wash your hands, well, you have a lot more disposable income than I do!I think it's moisturizing, it's certainly not drying in the least.Oh, it says you can clean earrings, etc. while wearing. You can- I cleaned diamond earrings that I was wearing and they looked really great. However, I would suggest that other than rings or bracelets, take the jewelry off! I was a bit of a hassle getting the cleaner off of my ears!Recommend, but would not say that this is a "must have".

I was skeptical but this stuff is amazing! One wash and everyone I came into contact with noticed my ring. You could see the shine from across the room. Well worth the $.

Works like a charm! Keeps my rings dazzling and my hands moisturized

Well it does clean jewelry but the pump does not work because the straw that’s attached to the pump is missing and this is my second bottle. Same issue. So super inconvenient.

Tried it on my ring, my necklace pendant, and my earrings. I posted a before and after picture of the pendant. It seems to have an effect, especially the first time you use it. I don't know that it *really* gets the jewelry clean in all its nooks and crannies, but it will brighten things up, especially if you haven't had your stuff cleaned in years.
