I was quite surprised by how beautiful this looks in person. It's delicate with a bit of sparkle and the chain is round and seems well made with a traditional clasp. Very giftable or keepable depending on what your want to do. It is stamped 925 silver in at least two places, one on the back and one on the part that holds the emblem to the chain (see pictures). I can't decide whether to give this special piece to a friend or keep it, as I like it quite a bit! A+++

Edit 3/22/24: Chain turned black within a month of occasional wear. Cannot be polished or restored to silver finish despite .925 markings. Make of it what you will, but it isn't sterling.Many thanks to you, fellow jewelry hunter, as well as the seller for the opportunity to check out Raca cross necklace and share my thoughts. I was attracted by the tiny "rock of faith" vibe this pendant has going, attracted enough to ignore the confusing desciption of "solid sterling steel" and just go ahead and request it. In the hand, it looks exactly as pictured and it's hefty for the small size. The clasp of the chain, the bail, and the reverse of the disc all have 925 stamps. Between the ultra low price and the strangely worded header, though, I'm not quite sure of anything other than a lack of magnetism along with the charming giftable presentation box. Oh, and the long chain, roughly 22", longer than listed so it hangs well below my 16"-18" necklaces. Still, I really dig it, even if neither the seller nor I can say what "it" seems to be.
