It is a gorgeous box with a magnetic latch. It has a black velvet liner in the bottom and a velvet necklace 'holder'It holds a full set of polyhedral dice!It is an absolutely lovely little box, perfect for a super special gift.Except for 1 thing- the quality control on the varnish on mine was not good. The front edge, all along the box, were drip puddles and run marks. I tried to photo it, but it was very difficult to capture the clear textured drips. I used fine sandpaper, a nail file, some wood oil, and about half an hour to fix it up. It is no longer drippy textured, and you can still see the slight variation in the varnish, if you hold it 'just so' but it is not immediately noticeable anymore. If the varnish running/ puddling had been on the bottom or even the back, I would not have been as disappointed. I knocked off a star. I think folks wanting perfection immediately, that did not have the tools to fix it, would have knocked off 2.

This is a great jewelry necklace box with a unique wood design, that will display any piece of necklace jewelry beautifully. The magnetic closure ensures that it will stay closed until it’s ready to be opened and it’s easy to open. There was a small scratch on the front, which is the reason for four stars versus five, but its an easy fix to cover this up and overall a great quality product for the price
