With at least 15 scarves which I've been gifted with and 5 others I bought, I really needed to figure how to tie a square scarf, a rectangular scarf, an oblong scarf, some patterned, some ombre, some solidly a single color. Sometimes when I had the knot just right so that it looked presentable, I had taken to loosening the knot just enough to slide the scarf over my head so as not to have to figure out the knot again. But now with these two scarf rings, one goldtone and the other silver, I can actually not worry about tying the perfect knot but just use one of these two, whichever matches better with the jewelry I might be wearing. Looping the scarf ends through each half results in a scarf around my neck that I don't have to worry about unknoting due to my movement and fidgeting or pulling a jacket on or off. The scarf will stay just as it is. These scarf rings also don't detract or distract from the pattern of the scarf. Yay for scarf rings!
