This strap from Ritche exudes a decent look, providing good value for money.Pros+ Pliability: Right out of the bag, the band is quite pliable, which gave me an impression that it won’t require a long break-in time.+ Texture and Stitching: The texture is smooth and pleasurable to the touch, and the stitching is pretty much flawless, adding to its visual appeal.+ Padding: The padding adds a nice dimension to the strap, striking a balance between softness and rigidity.+ Quick Release Feature: The band is very easy to attach due to its quick-release feature, which is a time saver and quite convenient.+ Aesthetic Appeal: It complements the look of my Tissot watch well, especially the blue accents. Although I ordered a mismatched buckle initially, they do offer a DLC version which is a great plus.Cons- Buckle Issue: There's a bit of a struggle to get the buckle to the right hole due to the added mass from the padding, especially when wearing it.- Length: For someone with a larger wrist like mine (7-3/4"), a longer strap would have been better to keep it centered below the wrist.- Durability Concerns: After some rigorous use, especially in a rough work environment, there were signs of wear and tear. So I've started a collection of cheap watches from another online retailer that rhymes with "jemmoo" (I'm tough on watches, so I don't want to kill an expensive one), and one that I got had a terrible band. I got this one to replace it, and it is a band that you might find on a far more expensive watch. Very quick and easy to install, and seems durable.

I had bought a new watch but wanted to replace its all stainless steel watch band to differentiate the new watch from the other watches I own. I wanted the new band to be black leather because the new watch has a stainless steel case, light colored watch face and dark colored chronograph dials. Black leather would give the watch a classy\dressy look while also maintaining a sense of sportiness. As one could imagine, there are a lot of leather watch bands available on Amazon and most of them are from brands I had never heard of. I was relying on product pictures and descriptions and hoping the vendors were also honest as well. Fortunately, most all of the watch bands were priced under $20 so if I made a poor choice, I want going to lose a bunch of money. The product pages for Ritche watch bands kept standing out over other brands though. Even though some of their bands were not the proper style or color, I kept getting the impression that they made quality products that were reasonably priced. I finally decided to purchase a black leather band made by Ritche . I am very happy with my purchase. The band is made out of quality leather and has a decent amount of thickness to it. The band itself screams class and brings a sense of dressy occasion I was looking for. Ritche watch bands are the real deal. A quality product at a reasonable price.

Love the quick release which allows one to change a watch band in like 5 seconds. The leather feels rich and is super comfortable. Looks great, quality clasps. Worth every penny.

This is my second band from this company. They are really well made leather and are easy to install. They are a bit stiff for the first week or so but then are more supple.

Used this strap to replace the Stainless Steel (SS) Band that came with my Victorinox 248149 watch. I could never get the SS Band adjusted properly due to a lack of micro adjustment capability - it was either too loose or too tight (shame on these companies that do this to their customers).To remedy the problem, I purchased this leather band and could not be happier. The flexibility of the leather band allows for comfort even if the band is a little too tight or a little too loose, and, as a bonus, the watch looks much better. I purchased a black band with red stitching to match the red Swiss Military logo on the face of the watch. The band I purchased was 21 mm which not everyone makes, so thank you Ritche Watch Bands for a quality product in the size I needed.
