The necklace is very nice. The ship doesn't have much detail, but it's small enough that it's unnoticeable unless examining it. The box is relatively cheaply made. I expected a wood (or at least had plastic) box. Instead, it feels like Styrofoam. The gold is just painted on. Overall, it's a very nice necklace, and my wife is very happy with it.

Looks nice but after 1 week of wearing it the gold has rubbed off on the front and back and you can't even tell any more that it used to be gold. Highly disappointed, not worth the money I paid for it.

I got this for a friend's Christmas present, and as far as I know, he has yet to take it off. He loves it, and I'm kind of thinking of getting one for myself, too. It comes in a shiny, little box, too! Generally a fan of Quantum Mechanix stuff, anyway.

Fantastic detail in this item, even the box it comes in is lovely. This was a present for someone and they were overjoyed with it. It seems to be more sturdy than expected and will make a lovely collectors item in the years to come.

Second one I bought. The treasure chest is cute. I love the ship on the leaf. BUT...the chain broke both times I bought it! I would recommend it only if you are aware the chain is VERY weak, and you would have to replace it with a chain you already have.
