Unfortunely this item, being a name plate did not even pretend to satisfy the customer. Low quality metalics and poor craftsmenship. One could easily see where different product parts were melded together. The changes in color so visible. The sparkly metal that is supposed to resemble diamond crust didn't sparkle and wasn't even buffed to shine at all. Terrible look and and very unprofessional. First time ever complaining. Never ever buy jewelry online again. May the buyer beware. To boot, on the return they didn't even return all my money. The audacity to keep $85 dollars!! I want all my money back!!
